SERVICE & PRICE
Is KEnvia a reliable service?

Yes. KEnvia is run by K-DelMundo Co., Ltd., a registered company in Korea, with its own warehouse and partner carriers. Our business details are at the bottom of every page.

Korea to your door, at a fair price. We built our own platform, so storage, consolidation and your Korean address are free, and most extras start at $1.

What is the Suite Number?

Your Suite Number is assigned when you sign up. It's your customer ID and your space in our warehouse.

Always include it in the shipping address (address line 2) when you order from Korean stores, so we can match the parcel to you.

When does free storage start for pre-orders?

Only when the item actually arrives at our warehouse, not when you submit the request. Every item gets 365 days of free storage from its arrival date.

If I buy from the KEnvia Shop, is it shipped straight to me?

No. KEnvia Shop items go to your Korean warehouse address first. Then submit a shipping request. You can combine them with parcels from other Korean stores to save on shipping.

CUSTOMS & TAX
Do I pay customs taxes in the EU?

Yes. Since 2023 all goods imported into the EU are taxed, whatever their value. You can usually expect:

  • VAT at your country's rate (21% in Spain)
  • Customs duty, depending on the product (may be exempt under an FTA)
  • Processing fee charged by the carrier or broker (about €15–30 via the Spanish post office)

For a €20 item that can add up to €19–35 or more on delivery. Check your country's rules before you order.

Is customs clearance difficult in Spain?

Spain and Italy can be stricter. You may be asked for extra documents, recipient consent or signature, a correct item description and HS code, or VAT checks. We help you through the process and tell you which documents are needed.

Can I change the declared value?

Yes, when you submit a shipping request. The value you enter is used for customs. Any penalties or delays caused by an incorrect or false declaration are your responsibility, so please enter a reasonable value.

SHIPPING & PACKING
What can't be shipped to EU countries?

The EU restricts some goods. These are generally not allowed:

  • Food and drinks
  • Kitchenware that touches food
  • Cosmetics and liquids
  • Toys for children under 12
  • Electronics without CE marking

Customs may dispose of these items or send them back to Korea, and those costs are charged to you. See the full restricted items list.

Can I ship K-pop lightsticks?

Yes. K-pop lightsticks don't contain lithium batteries, so they can be shipped like other merch.

Can I lower the cost of big items like body pillows?

Yes. Our vacuum packing ($5) compresses plush toys and pillows to reduce the volumetric weight carriers charge for. Add it when you submit your shipping request.

Is it safe to ship fragile items?

Yes, with care. We offer extra bubble wrap and fragile stickers on every side ($1). No one can guarantee perfect safety in international transit, so we recommend adding shipping insurance, which you can choose as a carrier option when you request shipment.
