1. Definitions
- KEnvia: the package forwarding services from South Korea provided under the KEnvia brand by K-DelMundo Co., Ltd. (케이델문도 주식회사), 48, Angol-gil, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do, 17723, Republic of Korea · Business License 151-81-03833.
- Service: all services, products and software provided by KEnvia, including package forwarding, storage and logistics.
- User: any person who accesses or uses the Service.
- Recipient: the person or entity the User designates to receive goods shipped through KEnvia.
- Inbound Package: a package ordered by the User and received at KEnvia's warehouse.
- Outbound Package: a package prepared and shipped by KEnvia from its warehouse to the User's Recipient.
2. Scope of Services
KEnvia provides the following services:
- Address provision: a Korean warehouse address and Suite Number for receiving packages on the User's behalf.
- Incoming order: the User submits an incoming order form, including the domestic tracking number and item details, before the package arrives.
- Assisted purchase: KEnvia purchases items at the User's request, including ordering, payment and registering the items as an incoming order.
- Package forwarding: receiving, storing, repacking, consolidating and internationally shipping Inbound Packages.
- Storage: package storage for a specified period at KEnvia's warehouse.
- Shop: KEnvia Shop, an online store for K-pop and Korean merchandise.
- Customer support: email-based assistance for User inquiries.
3. User Responsibilities
- Lawful use: use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Accurate information: keep account details, shipping addresses and declared contents accurate and up to date.
- Prohibited items: do not ship items that are illegal, hazardous or restricted under applicable laws or KEnvia policies, including but not limited to firearms, explosives and perishable goods.
- Inspection: review the inspection comments and photos provided by KEnvia. If no objection is raised within the stated period, the inspection result is deemed accepted.
- Customs compliance: provide accurate customs declarations and pay any duties, taxes or fees for your shipments.
- Timely payment: pay all fees for the Service on time.
4. KEnvia Rights and Responsibilities
- Inspection rights: KEnvia may inspect Inbound Packages to ensure compliance with its policies and applicable laws.
- Limitation of liability: KEnvia is not liable for delays, damage or loss caused by incorrect User information, prohibited items or third-party carriers.
- Service changes: KEnvia may modify, suspend or end any part of the Service without prior notice.
- Storage limits: packages stored beyond the free storage period may incur additional charges or be disposed of.
5. Fees and Payments
- Fees: service fees are listed on the Service pricing page and include storage, repacking, shipping and optional services.
- Payment methods: credit card, PayPal or other methods shown on the website.
- Refunds: refunds follow our Returns & refunds policy.
6. Dispute Resolution
- Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where KEnvia is headquartered.
- Process: disputes must first be addressed through mediation. If unresolved, they will be settled in a court of competent jurisdiction.
7. Package Handling and Delivery
- Delivery times: estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed, due to factors beyond KEnvia's control such as customs delays.
- Undeliverable packages: if a package cannot be delivered, KEnvia will notify the User and may arrange return shipping at the User's expense.
8. Data Privacy
- KEnvia collects, uses and stores User data according to its Privacy policy.
- KEnvia may share User data with third-party service providers as needed to provide the Service.
- KEnvia complies with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
9. Changes to Terms
KEnvia may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the website. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
